This restaurant gets two stars primarily because it wasn't very clean and the restrooms appeared neglected and unattractive. Upon sitting down on the bench seat, I had to brush the entire thing off with a napkin because it was completely full of crumbs. It was gross and as the waitress stood there pouring my water, she didn't say a thing. At the very least, I thought she should have apologized. As mentioned, the ladies room could use a major renovation, as it looks roughed up. It could have been a restroom in a pub.
I had the mushroom and cheese omelet, which was a bit salty for my taste and a bit overloaded with mushrooms. My toast was fairly overdone. The large, chunky potatoes were good, but they shouldn't be advertised as hash browns, because they certainly are not. Overall, the breakfast was barely average. The others in my party enjoyed their breakfasts and I was happy that my partner's steak and eggs turned out. As a Calgarian, I'd consider our meals here to be very inexpensive.
Honestly, I'd rather go to Grainfields or Denny's. -

It's gone down hill so bad. Too filthy especially the washrooms. Food is over cooked hard as rock like fries chicken fingers. You get less now for what you pay for. Supper menu starts at 3:00 now. Who starts supper at 3:00. Thats bull.After being such a loyal customer for many many years, im sad to say that I will no longer be dining in that establishment

Worst food worst service. Visited summer 2010. The waitress was not nice, and seemed to throw our food to us. Even the cheese toast is bad!
